3.I am aware that this event is a physically strenuous activity and will need a certain amount of training and preparation before participation on the day.

4. I understand that this event could be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ. The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ reserves the right to refuse an event registration

5.I understand that the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ recommends that I consult my GP if I have any medical concerns regarding the event.

6. I understand that if a free place is offered to me, based on me reaching a minimum fundraising target, donations from connected persons: for example, parents, siblings, or spouses, may not qualify for Gift Aid.

7. I am responsible for organising this fundraising activity and I will collect the money raised and send it directly to the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ within two months of the activity taking place.

Photography & Filming

Please note – on the day, a professional photographer and videographer may be there to capture memories of our event. Images may be used to promote our future fundraising activities and our work on our website, social media, and in printed materials. Photos may also be shared with you and other participants and used to share news of the event. Please read our consent form here to understand how your photo might be used.
